Qualifications:

*Have PRIOR experience in Outside Sales Promotions, Employment Agency experience,

*In office full cycle recruiting experience

*Customer service, or similar background

*As an Experienced Employment Agency Recruiter, you must have an exceptional work ethic and be competitive, outgoing, professional, and driven to succeed.

*You must be highly organized with strong time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

*Evaluate and schedule potential candidates

*Exceptional negotiation skills

*Confidence when presenting to customers

* Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals

*Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads

*Communicate Weekly with established customers and sales targets

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a rapidly growing Employment Agency that is looking for an Experienced Employment Agency Recruiter to be the next great addition to our team. We are looking for a competitive, coachable, and incredibly tenacious Employment Agency Recruiter who is not only a true sales professional but who can bring unique value to our rapidly growing team. You must be able to develop and communicate unique, custom-tailored solutions that generate sales and profit growth, create a positive customer experience that results in repeat business. The ideal candidate will also be able to identify and attract candidates using multiple channels ie- job boards, social media and outreach.

You will actively call on new clients and boost company revenue for the Employment agency through:

* New customer acquisition

*Evaluate/Screen resumes, assess candidate skills for experience and fit

*Apply your skill set as you build and sustain customer growth through territory management.

*Negotiate contract terms with clients and successfully close sales

*Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customers’ accounts

*Conduct calls and face to face meetings with customers.
