About the Role
The firm we work with is expanding in Richmond and need an experienced Employment Attorney (Workplace Rights Attorney) to join our team. This role blends traditional litigation work with the chance to grow a practice and an office in one of Virginia’s most dynamic markets.

Your Impact

• Litigate employment law cases from inception to resolution
• Build the Richmond office presence with full firm support
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys across practice areas

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Virginia (VA Bar active)
• Solid employment law litigation experience
• Comfortable transitioning from defense to plaintiff representation if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
