Hardin Thompson PC is a rapidly growing national law firm with offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Detroit, New York, and New Jersey . We are seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join our team and support our Colorado matters. This position is fully remote. The ideal candidate will have strong experience representing employers in employment-related disputes and providing proactive counsel on workplace matters. This role offers an opportunity to help strengthen and grow our employment law presence in Colorado while collaborating with attorneys across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and retaliation claims.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal and Colorado employment laws, HR policies, and risk mitigation.
- Draft and review employment-related documents, including agreements, policies, and investigation reports.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies in partnership with firm leadership.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients with Colorado employment matters, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Support the expansion of the firm’s employment law practice within Colorado.
- Stay current with employment law developments and integrate changes into client advisories and case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Colorado Bar license (required).
- 3+ years of employment law experience, preferably defense-side.
- Strong litigation background handling employment-related claims.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with strong advocacy abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a national team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
