Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney (Remote in WA)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join the team in Seattle. You’ll manage your own caseload, handle litigation from intake to resolution, and work directly with clients who’ve faced workplace injustice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct client interviews and manage ongoing client communication.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute case plans.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in WA.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• A passion for advocating for employees’ rights and delivering justice.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $220,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
