Employment Litigation Attorney

The Work Justice Firm is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to join our firm’s employment practice. This is a great opportunity to grow with an expanding plaintiff firm. Arbitration and trial experience preferred.

Requirements:

- active CA bar license;

- experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;

- ability to manage a large caseload;

- ability to handle cases independently;

- effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;

- strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and

- strong academic credentials

Salary: $120K-$200K (DOE)
