Employment Litigation/ Trial Attorney (plaintiff)

A preeminent plaintiff-side civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced (4+ years) employment litigation attorney in California.

An ideal candidate will have experience in all facets of plaintiff-side litigation and will manage a caseload of single plaintiff FEHA, wrongful termination and whistleblower retaliation cases, including trial.

Location: The position can be based anywhere in CA
