EMT - Emergency Medical Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EMT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care in medical or clinical setting, ensuring that quaility patient care. This role is crucial in supporting patient care and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Flexible schedule, NO nights or weekends.

Duties

• Assist Physician ensuring optimal proedure performance and safety.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient care.
• Maintain accurate health care records.
• Follow established office protocols and safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including HIPAA.
• Participate in quality control processes to uphold the standards of patient service.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Experience / Medical Office Experience a plus!
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and ICD coding is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and basic life support procedures.
• Experience in various medical settings such as urgent care, outpatient clinics, and interventional radiology is preferred.
• Ability to perform vital signs assessments and assist with patient intake processes.
• Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Work closely with Physicians, Mid Level Providers, and staff members maintaing patient care plan scheduling.
• Strong Team Member, supporting patient intake / outtake processes department.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety standards, where your skills will contribute directly to enhancing patient care.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
