About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Framework Engineer with strong expertise in automation, governance frameworks, Power Platform environment strategies, and CI/CD engineering. The ideal candidate will help build and maintain governance systems for Copilot agents while driving transparency, compliance, and end‑to‑end automation across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the governance layer for Copilot agents including inventory, classification & ownership models.
• Manage associated components such as cloud flows, AI prompts, Dev/Test/Prod environment strategies, and more.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for Copilot Studio solutions.
• Automate deployment of retrieval and task agents across environments.
• Build automated tracking for agent types (retrieval vs. task).
• Maintain centralized usage reporting & performance dashboards.
• Automate compliance checks such as:
• Metadata completeness
• Ownership verification
• Lifecycle validation
• Implement backend automation enforcing naming standards and environment policies.
• Develop additional high‑code automation features as required.

Technical Skills & ExpertiseBackend (.NET)

• Strong experience with .NET C# (v6 / v8) for backend development.
• Expertise in asynchronous programming (async/await, task-based).
• REST API design & consumption.
• Logging & telemetry using Application Insights.
• Experience with Azure SDK for .NET integrations.

Azure Cloud & Security

• Azure Functions (serverless compute).
• API Management (publishing & securing APIs).
• Azure Active Directory (authentication, authorization).
• RBAC, Managed Identities & secure access management.

DevOps

• Experience with Azure DevOps (boards, repos, pipelines).
• CI/CD pipeline setup and release automation.
• Strong Git knowledge (branching, version control).

Process

• Working in Agile / Scrum iterative environments.
