Job Overview

Hempitecture is seeking an End of Line Production Laborer to support the final stages of manufacturing. This is a physical, labor-intensive role focused on handling finished product, packaging, palletizing, quality checks, and keeping the production line moving.

You will work closely with operators, line leads, and plant management to ensure products are finished correctly, handled safely, and prepared for shipment or storage.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work, shows up consistently, and is comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Package, stack, wrap, label, and move finished product

Palletize materials for storage and shipment

Drive forklift

Perform visual quality checks and report issues

Keep the production area clean and organized

Assist with general labor, rework, and line support tasks

Follow safety procedures and maintain a steady workflow

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable working in a dusty, hands-on manufacturing setting

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience is helpful, but not required

English or Spanish; bilingual is a plus

Este es un puesto físico y de trabajo intensivo, enfocado en manejar producto terminado, empaquetar, paletizar, realizar controles de calidad y mantener la línea de producción en movimiento.

Trabajará de cerca con operadores, líderes de línea y gerencia de planta para asegurar que los productos se terminen correctamente, se manejen de forma segura y queden listos para envío o almacenamiento.

Este puesto es ideal para alguien que se enorgullece de trabajar duro, se presenta de manera constante y se siente cómodo en un ambiente de manufactura activo.

Responsabilidades

Empacar, apilar, envolver, etiquetar y mover producto terminado

Paletizar materiales para almacenamiento y envío

Operar montacargas

Realizar inspecciones visuales de calidad e informar cualquier problema

Mantener el área de producción limpia y organizada

Apoyar con trabajo general, retrabajo y tareas de soporte de línea

Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad y mantener un flujo de trabajo constante

Trabajar como parte de un equipo para cumplir con las metas de producción

Requisitos

Fuerte ética de trabajo y confiabilidad

Capacidad para permanecer de pie por largos períodos y realizar tareas físicas repetitivas

Capacidad para levantar regularmente hasta 50 libras

Comodidad para trabajar en un entorno de manufactura con polvo y trabajo manual

Experiencia en montacargas es una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria

Experiencia en manufactura, almacén o envíos es útil, pero no es obligatoria

Inglés o español; bilingüe es una ventaja
