Job Description:

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on with Intune and/or MECM (SCCM); WSUS
• Patch Windows (WUfB/WSUS/MECM), macOS (Jamf), and third‑party apps; coordinate reboots and deferrals.
• PowerShell scripting; strong troubleshooting of failed deployments
• Experience with change management (ITIL), incident/problem management, and executive reporting
• Integrate with Vulnerability Management tool Tenable
• Track MTTR for critical vulnerabilities; reduce exposure windows and exceptions/waivers.

Good to have Skills:

• Knowledge of incident management
• Vulnerability Management tool Tenable
