Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat hormonal imbalances and related disorders, providing specialized care to patients.
Duties:
- Conduct physical examinations to assess patients' conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to endocrine disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances
- Educate patients on managing endocrine conditions and promoting overall health
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in endocrinology
Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team
- Experience in health coaching to support patients in managing their conditions effectively
- Knowledge of infection control practices to ensure patient safety
- Familiarity with data collection for clinical research purposes
- Nice-to-have skills: Experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment), PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), orthopedics, and ventilator care.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
- Endocrinology expertise
- Experience with EHR systems and medical imaging
- Strong communication skills for patient interaction
- Ability to conduct physical examinations and collect data
- Health coaching background beneficial
- Clinical research experience a plus

Pay: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
