Endocrinologist (Bilingual in English and Chinese)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat hormonal imbalances and related disorders, providing specialized care to patients.

Duties:

• Conduct physical examinations to assess patients' conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to endocrine disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances
• Educate patients on managing endocrine conditions and promoting overall health
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in endocrinology

Skills:

• Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team
• Experience in health coaching to support patients in managing their conditions effectively
• Knowledge of infection control practices to ensure patient safety
• Familiarity with data collection for clinical research purposes
• Nice-to-have skills: Experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment), PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), orthopedics, and ventilator care.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
• Endocrinology expertise
• Experience with EHR systems and medical imaging
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction
• Ability to conduct physical examinations and collect data
• Health coaching background beneficial
• Clinical research experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
