Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endodontist (MDS) to join our premium multi-speciality dental clinic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical expertise, sound diagnostic judgment, and a compassionate approach to patient care. The role involves managing complex endodontic cases, collaborating in interdisciplinary treatments, and contributing to the clinic’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee endodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of dental pulp, periapical, and related pathologies.
- Perform root canal therapies, retreatments, apical surgeries, and management of dental trauma with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize modern technologies such as dental operating microscopes, CBCT, rotary instrumentation, and digital radiography to enhance treatment accuracy and outcomes.
- Employ advanced obturation techniques, bioceramic materials, and principles of regenerative endodontics in clinical practice.
- Manage complex and multidisciplinary restorative cases, integrating endodontic, prosthodontic, and implant solutions.
- Provide comprehensive patient consultations—explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure care to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other dental specialists to deliver holistic, evidence-based care.
- Perform a range of general dental procedures including prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, pedodontics, and preventive dentistry as needed.
- Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and materials through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in an advanced or multi-speciality dental setup.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both conventional and rotary endodontics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
- Competence in using Windows, MS Office, and digital dental record systems.
- A commitment to quality, ethics, and clinical excellence.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in managing complex retreatment and surgical endodontic cases.
- Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows (intraoral scanners, digital impressions).
