About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dentist with strong expertise in root canal treatments to join our advanced dental team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care, performing complex endodontic procedures, and mentoring junior dentists.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

· Execute advanced root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries with precision.

· Provide high-quality general dentistry services including restorations, crowns, bridges, and extractions.

· Use modern dental technologies such as rotary endodontics, digital X-rays, CBCT, and dental microscopes.

· Manage and oversee complex cases with a high level of clinical expertise.

· Ensure excellent patient communication regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.

· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records according to clinic standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS or equivalent); Master’s degree in Endodontics is an advantage.

· Valid dental license/registration in [country/region].

· 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong emphasis on root canal therapy.

· Proven expertise in complex endodontic cases and use of modern endodontic tools.

· Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.

· Strong commitment to patient care, ethics, and continuous learning.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills

· Experienced with dental operating microscope.

· Knowledge of aesthetic dentistry and restorative procedures.
