Endoscopy Tech

A leading hospital chain is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support the Gastroenterology department. The ideal candidate is able to travel to the Frisco location (Travel, meal, & transportation stipend provided).

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and RNs during GI procedures (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EBUS)
• Prepare patients, procedure rooms, and equipment
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopy equipment per infection control standards
• Monitor patients and report any condition changes
• Perform room turnover and restock supplies to support efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy or GI experience
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Experience assisting with GI procedures (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EBUS)
• Knowledge of endoscope cleaning, disinfection, and infection control standards
• Ability to work an AM shift with on-call requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
