Endoscopy Technician

Procedure Preparation: Prepare and set up endoscopy rooms before procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment (scopes, monitors, etc.) are available, clean, and functional.
Equipment Management: Check, assemble, test, clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopes and accessories according to strict protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Intra-procedure Assistance: Assist the endoscopist during procedures by handling instruments, providing suction, managing biopsy tools, and collecting specimens for lab analysis.
Patient Care & Monitoring: Position and reassure patients before and during procedures, monitor their vital signs as directed, and assist in patient recovery and post-procedure care.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain proper documentation of procedures, equipment use, and inventory logs. Follow strict infection control, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Inventory & Maintenance: Ensure the availability of supplies, report equipment failures, and perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting.
