Description

Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is a full-service, non-profit Catholic hospital, sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and a member of Trinity Health.

• Performs cleaning of endoscopes
• Assists RN's in admission process of pre-procedure and intra-procedure and, admission and discharge of post operative patients
• Maintains sanitary conditions of equipment, work areas and stretchers using Universal Precautions at all times
• Stocks supplies delivered from Hospital Stores, Pharmacy or SPD
• Performs other job related duties as requested by supervisor or other registered nurses.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Graduate from a technical program preferred.

Previous experience in an endoscopy setting preferred or previous experience in Central Sterilization
