Endpoint Privilege Management Specialist

We are looking for Technology Support Specialist for our client in Madisonville , KY Job Title: Technology Support Specialist Job Location: Madisonville , KY Job Type: Contract Job Overview: Identify and troubleshoot defective hardware and equipment. Diagnose and resolve software and application issues. Perform hardware checks and resolve issues prior to deployment. Support and maintain network room infrastructure. Provide technical support in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks. Deliver effective customer service and maintain strong communication with users. Travel as required to support deployment and technical operations.

Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of network environments and infrastructure.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
Experience:
  • Experience in technical support or IT-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and deployment.
  • Experience working with network systems and environments.
Should Have:
  • Knowledge of network operating systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Technical certifications such as A+, MCP, MTA, or similar preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science.
  • Associate degree with relevant experience or high school diploma with additional experience may be considered.
