What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
• Ability to design scheduled, configurable, and sustainable automation processes using API interfaces, database queries, and programming/scripting languages,
• Preferably knowledgeable in distributed endpoint architectures, enterprise data center structures, and agent-based security solutions (EPP, EDR, EPM, Posture, etc.),
• Preferably experienced in system monitoring and troubleshooting on Windows, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems,
• Capable of supporting operational needs by designing automation processes that enable health checks, alerts, or automated remediation steps for endpoint security solutions,
• Skilled in preparing meticulous and detailed documentation, as well as delivering concise and visually impactful reports,
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the mentioned infrastructures and systems.

What you’ll experience working at Softtech:

• Design and implement automation processes leveraging APIs, databases, and scripting/programming languages,
• Support endpoint security solutions by enabling automated health checks, alerts, and remediation workflows,
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to optimize distributed endpoint and enterprise data center environments,
• Monitor and analyze system performance across Windows, Windows Server, and Linux platforms,
• Document processes thoroughly and deliver clear, visually strong reports to stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency and security posture.
