We are seeking a motivated Energy Account Manager in Irving to drive our dynamic Energy B2B campaign. In this role, you will provide expert consultation to businesses, helping them optimize their energy solutions through strategic, professional outreach.

As an Energy Account Manager, your core objective is to advance our Energy B2B initiatives. This involves initiating and nurturing professional relationships, articulating the value of our energy services, and ensuring a superior onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.

What Will I Be Doing as an Energy Account Manager?

  • Engage business clients through strategic outreach to promote energy consulting services and position solutions that boost efficiency and sustainability.
  • Conduct targeted needs assessments using digital tools and client data to recommend energy plans aligned with usage patterns, cost goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert insights on energy options, market dynamics, and compliance standards to help clients make informed, future-ready decisions.
  • Manage the full enrollment process from initial outreach to onboarding ensuring data accuracy, client satisfaction, and seamless service activation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback, refine outreach strategies, and contribute to shared Energy B2B sales targets and campaign performance.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Energy Account Manager?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Business, Marketing, or Energy is a plus.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or client engagement through internships, part-time roles, or projects.
  • Strong communication skills for building trust, explaining services, and maintaining rapport with business clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a desire to exceed performance targets and contribute to campaign success.
  • Professional and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required to support territory-based outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
