Duties
- Conduct engaging door-to-door outreach to educate potential customers about energy efficiency and solar solutions
- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce platforms to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively
- Develop tailored proposals that highlight the benefits of renewable energy systems, emphasizing cost savings and environmental impact
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring clarity and mutual satisfaction in agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that resonate across diverse communities, including multilingual audiences
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining technical details, and guiding clients through the sales process
- Lead presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features, benefits, and installation processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially in energy sales or solar sales environments
- Strong background in marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques
- Multilingual or bilingual skills to connect with diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to sales
- Ability to conduct door-to-door outreach confidently while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster collaborative success
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to energy systems and renewable technologies is highly desirable
