About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Energy and Gas Sales Executive to join our expanding Energy and Gas sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, promoting our energy and gas, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through Inbound Calls.
Present and sell Energy and Gas products (Electricity and Gas new services, Bills) to residential or manage customers queries about services and bills.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of service bundles.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for future upselling and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, technical support, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Energy and Gas products (Electricity and Gas new services, Bills) sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
Basic understanding of Energy and Gas services (Electricity and Gas new services, Bills).
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field-based).
