Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to manage phone inquiries for Move Energy, our innovative renewable energy solutions provider. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice helping customers with questions about energy plans, installations, billing, and service updates, ensuring a positive experience that drives customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries related to Move Energy products, services, and account details.
- Provide accurate information on energy plans, solar options, billing processes, and troubleshooting for common issues.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams as needed.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and support follow-up actions.
- Promote Move Energy's offerings during calls to upsell relevant services and improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless support for energy-related queries.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, aiming for positive feedback and resolution rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, energy regulations, and company policies to deliver informed responses.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year handling phone-based inquiries in the energy, utilities, or renewable sector.
- Proven expertise in managing high-volume calls, with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Familiarity with renewable energy concepts (e.g., solar, wind, or sustainable moving energy solutions) preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office tools like Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, to support customer needs.
