Senior Project Developer - Philadelphia

Salary range $140K/yr to $165K/yr

My client is a leading global independent Energy-as-a-Service provider, offering free energy savings assessments, guaranteed savings, fixed price proposals, funding solutions, and are experts in building automation. My client has successfully implemented holistic, product agnostic projects at more than 3,500 sites across the United States. They are looking for a Sr Project Developer full-time employee to work hybrid at their Philadelphia office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of multi-million-dollar energy and infrastructure proposals.
• Oversee energy and financial modeling, system design, and performance validation.
• Align technical scope with contract terms, client objectives, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with construction, procurement, and operations during handoff.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers and support pre-sales technical strategy.

Core Competencies:

• Technical and financial solution integration.
• Advanced understanding of performance contracting models.
• Client engagement and commercial negotiation.
• Strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP, PE, or CEM a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in ESCO, design-build, or energy project development.

• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
