Engagement Director

A leading organization in the energy and consulting sector is seeking an accomplished Engagement Director to spearhead market development, drive strategic business growth, and cultivate senior-level client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Drive business development strategy , from scouting and deal sourcing through to successful contract closure.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive clients, partners, and stakeholders .
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and pitches that secure high-value engagements.
• Represent the organization in high-level discussions, negotiations, and strategic partnerships .
• Oversee client engagement strategies to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth .

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 10–12 years of experience , including a minimum of 4 years in a senior managerial capacity .
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven expertise in consulting, program management, and stakeholder engagement within complex industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects to completion, on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a strategic and visionary mindset .
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
