Here's what you'll be doing
As an Engagement Manager based in the UAE, you'll be Toddle's on-ground representative - nurturing strong relationships with our partner schools, driving product adoption, and creating advocates who love Toddle. You'll work closely with our Buddy team to co own school happiness, retention, and growth in your region.
Your day to day will include: - Leading on site visits to schools to build trust and deepen relationships
- Conducting in person workshops and training sessions for teachers and leadership teams
- Acting as the face of Toddle for any on ground escalations or critical conversations
- Reinforcing adoption initiatives led by the Buddy team through in person follow ups and context based nudges
- Managing engagement plans and success metrics for key accounts in the UAE
- Collaborating with Buddies, Advocacy, and Sales teams to align on school goals
- Identifying and nurturing Toddle advocates; engaging them in case studies, webinars, and community events
- Staying updated on Toddle product developments
