Engaging Nanny

Oliver’s Nannies is seeking an energetic, creative, and reliable Nanny to join our West Orlando team. If you love the "why" stage, thrive on active play, and enjoy mentoring school-aged children through their daily routines and milestones, we want to hear from you!

The Role

• Active Engagement: Create a fun, stimulating environment that keeps curious toddlers moving and older kids mentally sharp.
• Educational Support: Lead age-appropriate activities like arts and crafts, outdoor exploration, and assistance with homework or school projects.
• Behavioral Guidance: Foster positive social skills and emotional development through patient and compassionate interaction.
• Routine Management: Coordinate school schedules, extracurricular activities, meal times, and bedtime routines.
• Parent Partnership: Maintain open communication with parents, providing daily logs on activities, progress, and behavioral milestones.
• Home Support: Help keep the "active zones" tidy, assist with light meal prep for the children, and ensure a safe, organized environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Requirements: Must be 18+ and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional childcare experience specifically with toddlers and/or school-aged children.
• Safety First: CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified) and a sharp eye for child safety both at home and on the go.
• Reliability: Punctual and trustworthy with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for school pickups or outings.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children and provide professional updates to parents.
• Language: Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is required to support our diverse families.
• Flexibility: ABility to adapt to families schedules and possible overnight hours.
