Engine MRO Technician

In this role, you will take part in the full maintenance lifecycle of Rolls-Royce Trent XWB & 7000 series engines, including disassembly, assembly, inspection, repair and testing, all performed in our new high-technology facility developed in close collaboration with Rolls-Royce.

Job Description

• Perform engine/module disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and testing
• Perform maintenance in accordance with Turkish DGCA/EASA/FAA/UK CAA regulations, Rolls-Royce requirements and Turkish Technic procedures
• Document all work performed in compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
• Support continuous improvement, safety and lean maintenance activities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning and Quality teams
• Participate in structured trainings and capability development program

Qualifications & Requirements

• University or vocational school degree in Engine/Aircraft Maintenance or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an engine MRO is a must ( Preferably Trent XWB and/or Trent 7000 ).
• Must have a thorough knowledge of Engine MRO and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance documentation
• High attention to detail, discipline and teamwork capability
• English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
• Work in 2-shifts or 3-shifts when necessary
• Be able to work at Istanbul Airport
