Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage building maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to company standards.
• Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams.
• Prepare estimates, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge in building systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
