Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer with 4 years of experience in the metal/aluminum industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee metal/aluminum fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and production records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in metal fabrication, aluminum manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of metal/aluminum processes, welding, and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in project management and process optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
