Location: Fresno / Clovis Area
Pay: Competitive, DOE ($25 – $60/hr)

Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer / Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, technically proficient, and capable of taking projects from concept through construction. This position offers opportunities to work on a wide variety of public works, industrial, commercial, and residential development projects across the Central Valley.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft site design and utility layouts, including grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and site improvement plans
• Develop complete plan sets and construction documents, including profiles, technical details, and cost estimates
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct zoning research, prepare entitlement packages, tentative maps, and street/vacation exhibits
• Prepare engineering reports, exhibits, and design calculations
• Navigate the submittal and review process with public agencies throughout the Valley
• Apply sound engineering judgment and design principles to deliver projects efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• 2+ years of civil engineering or land development experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• EIT or PE license preferred but not required
