Engineer III - HVAC Certified

Responsible for assisting with coordinating and leading Engineering operations while assisting our guests with any general maintenance needs. Under general supervision, follow a property preventative maintenance program, maintain, repair, and install new HVAC equipment throughout the hotel. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all hotel HVAC equipment. Monitor GXP system. Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner and according to priority per established service standards. Must provide attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service to all team members, guests, clients, etc. according to hotel standards.

• reading/interpreting blueprints, diagrams, & schematics: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
