Engineer/ Junior Manager/ Assistant Manager Mechanical

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintenance, reliability and availability of OHP (crushers, conveyors) & HEMM equipment, ensuring safe and uninterrupted mining and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain OHP systems: crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and bulk material handling equipment.
• Maintain HEMM fleet: excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders, graders, drills and DG sets.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
• Ensure high equipment availability and reduced downtime.
• Analyze breakdowns and implement reliability improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act and safety SOPs.
• Plan critical spares and coordinate with stores/material teams.
• Supervise mechanical manpower at site.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and MIS.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-10 years in OHP or HEMM maintenance in mining operation
