Engineer Land Surveyor – U.S. TERRITORY NORTH PACIFIC REGION

Perform and supervise all field surveying tasks (topographic, boundary, as-built, layout, and control surveys) using total stations, GPS/RTS, and digital levels.

Interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents; establish and verify horizontal/vertical control networks.

Oversee earthwork, concrete, structural, and utility installation, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and tolerances.

Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and government quality-assurance representatives.

Prepare daily reports, quantity take-offs, RFIs, and maintain accurate survey records.

Implement safety and quality-control protocols in accordance with OSHA and USACE/FEDERAL standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

5+ years of construction site engineering experience, including minimum proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and modern survey instruments.

Experience on government projects strongly preferred.

Ability to obtain base access and work anywhere in the United States.

Valid U.S. work authorization required.
