Engineer-Maintenance Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all plant equipment, minimising downtime, and implementing preventative maintenance programmes. He will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance activities related to civil, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facilities and equipment.
