Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – Execution Engineer (Fabrication / EOT Cranes / Material Handling)

Role & Responsibilities

• Work with on-site technical teams for service/refurbishment/fabrication activities.
• Coordinate and execute work targets related to EOT cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, and similar equipment.
• Conduct site supervisions, troubleshooting, and overtime planning.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal project stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and cost tracking using MS Excel and related tools.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Monitor project timelines and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in fabrication, servicing, or installation of EOT cranes or similar industrial equipment.
• Proven experience in team management and site coordination.
• Strong MS Excel and project documentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime at sites when required.

Bonus / Preferred

• Experience working in heavy industries such as shipyards, steel plants, ports, power stations, etc.
• Exposure to JHA/ QA/QC / HSE documentation.
• Exposure to project management skills/softwares. (kanban/sigma 6)
