Engineer (Mechanical)

Design & Engineering

• Design, review, and modify mechanical systems including reactors, digesters, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, pipelines, and storage tanks.
• Prepare mechanical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Support feasibility studies, plant expansion, and technology upgradation projects.

Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup of mechanical equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime and improve plant efficiency.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance logs, and spare part inventory.

Process & Performance Optimization

• Analyze plant performance data and recommend improvements to increase bio-fuel yield and energy efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy conservation, and process automation.
• Coordinate with process, electrical, and instrumentation teams for integrated operations.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory safety standards, environmental norms, and industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and support HAZOP studies.
• Implement SOPs, work instructions, and safe operating procedures.

Vendor & Project Management

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement, fabrication, and installation.
• Review vendor drawings, technical documents, and FAT/SAT reports.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and performance review documents.
• Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
