Job Purpose:
Provide Technical Support to improve plant rotating and static equipment, system performance and increase equipment availability and reliability.
Job Key Accountabilities:

Support Maintenance Supervisors to provide necessary technical know-how, expertise and recommendations, material selection with respect to equipment scope to be attended, considering optimum safety and quality to improve availability and reliability of rotating and static equipment.

Create, review and updated maintenance procedures, work instructions and checklists in consultation with concerned maintenance specialist. Keeps current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.

Support the Department to achieve the required objectives. Identifies and captures the opportunities for improvements.

Conduct pre-inspection and diagnose breakdown problems.

Review, track, and follow up maintenance reports and inspection recommendations

Participates in audits, MKPI, RCA, PSSR, PHA and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans.

Enhance employee knowledge by conducting on job / classroom training sessions, reviewing the JADDER material as well as attending all scheduled training sessions

Cost and/or revenue budget with exclusive authority

Participates effectively in Implementing Assets Maintenance Work Process (OMS-431). PM execution and closing timely achieve Zero overdue, 100% quality filling of notification history, to report return material timely.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum Experience:
10 years of experience in Mechanical engineering/ Mechanical maintenance
