Project: School / Educational / Institutional Building Project
Location: Sikar, Rajasthan

Immediate Joiner Required
Preference will be given to local candidates from Rajasthan.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Certification in MEP / HVAC / Electrical Systems – Added Advantage

Experience Required:

• 5–10 years of experience in MEP works for building construction projects
• Mandatory experience in Institutional / School / Commercial / Residential Building Projects
• Experience handling complete MEP lifecycle from rough-in to testing & commissioning

Key Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation & coordination
• Expertise in:
• Electrical HT/LT panels & cabling
• Internal & external electrification
• Fire fighting systems
• Plumbing & drainage systems
• Water supply systems
• Ability to interpret:
• MEP drawings
• Electrical layouts
• HVAC shop drawings
• Plumbing layouts
• Load calculation & BOQ verification
• Vendor & subcontractor management
• Billing verification & quantity checking
• Knowledge of IS standards & safety norms
• Coordination with civil & finishing teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel & project reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise execution of all MEP works
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings & specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, architects & civil teams
• Monitor schedule & ensure timely completion
• Review and verify contractor RA bills
• Ensure quality control & safety compliance
• Conduct testing & commissioning of systems
• Prepare DPR / weekly / monthly progress reports
• Monitor material planning & procurement

• Ability to manage MEP subcontractors independently
• Good communication & reporting skills
• Rajasthan-based candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
