Job Summary -

We are looking for a dynamic NPD Engineer to manage new product development projects as per defined timelines and coordinate effectively with internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time execution
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Plant & Supply Chain teams
• Conduct weekly/monthly project review meetings with customers
• Develop welding fixtures, press brake tooling, jigs & fixtures
• Support proto part development and tool design reviews
• Ensure compliance with ISO & IATF 16949 documentation standards

Technical Skills Required -

• Knowledge of Sheet Metal processes:
• Stamping, Forming, Welding, Painting & Machining
• Drawing interpretation & engineering standards application
• Tooling & Fixture development knowledge
• Inspection gauges & manufacturing standards understanding
• Exposure to ISO & IATF 16949 documentation

Soft Skills -

• Good communication skills
• Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management abilities
• Team handling capability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
