Solar- O&M Engineer / Technician – Tiruttani

Location: Tiruttani (Solar Power Plant)
Experience: 2–5 Years
CTC: ₹3–5 Lakhs per annum

Job Summary:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of the solar power plant to ensure maximum availability, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain solar PV plant equipment (modules, inverters, LT/HT panels, SCADA)
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Monitor generation, PR, and plant performance
• Attend faults and ensure timely restoration
• Maintain O&M logs and reports
• Ensure EHS and statutory compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy)
• 2–5 years experience in Solar O&M
• Knowledge of inverters, SCADA, and electrical systems
• Willing to work at site and in shifts
• Location: Tiruttani
• CTC: ₹3–5 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
