Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensure That Machines Are Performing Effectively And Efficiently.

2. Establishes That Monitors Programs For Critical Equipment Analysis And Condition Monitoring

Techniques.

3. Review Deficiencies Noted During Corrective Maintenance.

4. Maintaining Maintenance And Consumable Records Regularly.

5. Generating Kaizens.

6. Promote Equipment Standardization.

7. Consults With Maintenance Crafts Workers On Technical Problems.

8. Monitors New Tools And Technology.

9. Work Closely In Implementing The New Projects And Continuous Improvements.

10. Review IMS Documents, Formats & Procedure.

11. Review Of Operators Skill Assessments.

12. Review 5S, 3C Check List In The Shop Floor.

13. Review Of Work Instruction & Operation Standards.

14. Handling Of Employee & Employer Relation.

15. Train The Subordinates & Operators To Multi Skill.

16. Review Process Study To Improve Safety Ergonomics, Environment And Quality.

17. Train The Subordinates & Operators To Multi Skill.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
