Job Title : Sr. PPC Engineer / Executive

Qualification : BE Mech

Experience : 3 to 4 yrs

Salary : As per industry standards

Job description :

• Candidate must be from automobile manufacturing industries
• Must have knowledge and hands on experience in machineries
• Create and manage production plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure resource utilization.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order materials.
• Analyze production data for process improvement opportunities.
• Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications.
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
• Schedule shift according to production needs
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning software, ERP, MS-Excel, V-lookup, Pivot, PPT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
