Engineer - PPC

The PPC (Production Planning & Control) Engineer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities in the FRP division to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules for FRP manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Prepare production reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management review.
• Implement cost-saving measures and improve production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Assist in new product introductions and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning & control, preferably in FRP, composites, or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning tools, ERP systems, and scheduling software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
