Job Title: Production Engineer

Location: Pune
Experience: 3–8 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automotive / Sheet Metal
Positions Available: Junior & Senior

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in production planning and execution
• Knowledge of sheet metal processes, machining & assembly
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement practices
• Ability to handle manpower, shift operations & production targets
• Strong problem-solving and quality-oriented approach
• Good communication and documentation skills

Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical
