Engineer - QA(Motor / Pump Experience is must)

Job Title: Engineer – Quality Assurance (QA)
Industry: Industrial Motor Manufacturing
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical / EEE

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring product quality across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages in industrial motor manufacturing, with focus on compliance, defect reduction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of motors and components.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, drawings, SOPs, and customer specifications.
• Handle internal quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production, design, and suppliers for quality improvements.
• Manage customer complaints, prepare 8D reports, and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and support vendor development activities.
• Maintain quality documents, inspection records, and calibration control.
• Support ISO 9001/14001 audits and ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of motor manufacturing processes and testing (routine/type tests).
• Strong understanding of QA tools: 7 QC tools, RCA, 8D, FMEA.
• Experience with ISO standards and audit handling.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
