Engineer- Quality

Your tasks

• Responsible for incoming goods inspection(IQC), In process(PQC), Finished goods Inspection (FGI) including Customer Pre Dispatch Inspection (PDI) wherever required as per GMS requirement or Customer specific specifications or special requirements.
• Provide support for QMS/ EHS implementation as per latest version ISO 9001 and EHS 14001.
• Analyse all customers complaints and ensure its closure within the defined or targeted timelines.
• Ensure usage of all calibrated equipment and measuring tools at all stages.
• Control of documents including Control / Quality Plan and cascade to all stakeholders.
• Control of documents, inspection checklists and communication of QMS/EMS requirements to all concerned.
• Provide support for the CIP in regard all operational aspects of Huber+Suhner India.
• To motivate all the persons in the workplace and support them in solving the day-to-day problems, provide a leadership so that they take responsibility for EMS aspects over which they have control including adherence to EMS policies, company commitments and the applicable regulations.
• Initiate necessary and preventive and corrective measures highlighted by various external auditing and monitoring agencies including internal audits.
• Implementation of 5S on Workplace
• Provide necessary support to other function
• Adhere and abide to company rules and regulations
  
  

Your profile

Text block 3Education and Experience:

• B. Tech. in Electronics / Mechanical with
• Experience of 2-4 years in Quality Assurance/control.
  
  

Skills/Knowledge

• Good technical, Quality tools knowledge, basic product knowledge
• Executes tasks according to processes and standards
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with positive attitude
• Knowledge about production processes
• Good at verbal and written communication
  
  

Personal Qualifications:

• Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical and independent way of working
• Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
• Should be able to work in international, intercultural and cross functional teams.
  
  

Physical/Mental Abilities:

• Should have strong physical and mental abilities
