Engineer R&D - Polymer - Bawal

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulation Design: Lead the development of polymer compounds tailored for specific properties.
• Processing Optimization: Fine-tune extrusion, injection molding, and compounding parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
• Material Characterization: Perform analytical testing using FTIR, DSC, TGA, and other techniques to validate formulations.
• Production Support: Troubleshoot material and process issues during trials and scale-up, ensuring smooth transition to manufacturing.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, and improvements aligned with ISO and QA standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between product engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure readiness across design and process stages.
• New Product Development: Conduct literature reviews and support concept-to-prototype development for innovative polymer applications.
• Project Execution: Assist scientists in planning, budgeting, and executing long-term trials using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Technical Coordination: Develop schematics, analyze experimental data, and coordinate across project tracks to meet timelines.
• Customer Liaison: Interface with clients to understand technical concerns, communicate with offsite R&D, and drive timely resolution of issues.

·Education:
B.Tech in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience OR ·

M.Tech in Polymer Science or related field with 1+ years of relevant experience

Experience: 2 years of industrial experience in polymer processing projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
