Engineer- Sales & Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
• Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Support customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions.
• Assist in the design and customization of products to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Mechanical or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of the product or technology being sold.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
• They work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
