Job description

• Resolution of assigned complaints on CSM’s & ATMs within defined TAT.
• Installation of ATM’s & CSM ‘s
• Execution of precise troubleshooting techniques
• Provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
• Provision of Analytical Reports & Documentation to Line Manager
• Accomplishment of 100% PM for UPS & ATM and G&D
