Qualification: DME / B.Sc .

Experience : 01 to 02 Yrs.

Position : 4 Openings

Location : Pune

Age : In between 24 to 27 yrs.

Gender : Male

Annual Salary (CTC) : Rs. 4.00 L to 4.30 L

🔍 Key Specialisation:

• Experience or strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry .
• Hands-on knowledge of operating, programming, and setting CNC, VMC, and HMC machines .
• Knowledge of fixtures , QMS , and production planning.
• Ability to understand and comply with Work Instructions (WI) and identify Critical, Major, and Minor product parameters .
• Knowledge of machine configuration , loading, operation, and optimisation of machine capability .
• To implement the in process rejections and take corrective actions to prevent the rejections.
• Ability to plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production during the shift.
• Responsible for manpower planning, allocation, and handling during the shift.
• Ensure adherence to 5S , Kaizen practices , and safety norms on the shop floor throughout the shift.

⚙️ Skills Required:

• Good experience in inspection and instrument handling , including Vernier, Micrometer, APG Pistol, Caliper, and Gauges .
• Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities .
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills .
• Ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
